I need to comment further on Lori Chamberlain. When I found what I thought was my perfect home, while I was ooo, ing and ahh, ing over the lights, neat things in the kitchen, all the physical things, Lori was checking out the water heater, furnace, wiring, etc. The sellers accepted another offer... but Lori kept an eye on the property and a month later called me and said the deal fell through, was I still interested in it. I wasn't sure by then, but we went through it again, and it was right for me. One property I looked at that I thought was "ok", she pointed out the junkyard behind the fence and mentioned I wouldn't like that...so true. In conclusion, I not only have an AMAZING agent, I think I have an amazing friend in Lori Chamberlain.
